When you create an account, we collect your name, email, and any information you enter into a document (landlord and tenant names, property addresses, amounts). Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.
We use your information to render your documents, deliver receipts, provide customer support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Document drafts and signatures are stored in your browser and on our secure infrastructure so you can access them from your dashboard. We use encryption in transit and industry-standard safeguards at rest.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@landlorddeck.example.
